Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our retail environment by ensuring our stores are well-stocked, organized, and welcoming for customers. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience in a fast-paced retail setting where attention to detail and customer service are key.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day involves a variety of essential tasks that keep our stores running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and assisting customers with locating items. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, operating cash registers when needed and supporting daily store operations.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $12 to $15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience.
