Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep our store running smoothly. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries and organizing merchandise, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing. Setting up displays and organizing seasonal items will be key parts of your routine, helping to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Customer interaction is a significant component of the role. You will assist shoppers in locating items, providing support and ensuring they have a positive experience. Additionally, you may operate cash registers when needed, contributing to the efficient operation of the store.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store is essential. Throughout your shift, you will engage in store recovery and cleaning tasks, ensuring that the environment remains safe and inviting. Adhering to company stocking procedures and safety guidelines is critical to your success in this role.
