About the Role
Dollar Tree is seeking Sales Floor Associates to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, organization, and safety standards while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Floor Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with stocking merchandise, organizing shelves, and setting up displays, and unloading deliveries. You will also help keep shelves stocked, organize seasonal merchandise, and assist with store recovery and cleaning throughout your shift.
Customer service is a key component of this role. You will assist customers with locating items and may operate cash registers when needed. Throughout your shift, you will maintain store cleanliness and organization, following company stocking procedures and safety guidelines.
