About the Role

The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard. You will create an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and sharing our community and culture. As an expert in all facets of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care, you will thrive working on a team and relish a culture of feedback and excellence.

You will be the face of the ALO business model, confidently introducing the Retail, Yoga, and Café aspects through personal testimony. Your day involves ensuring effective sales floor coverage, analyzing reports to strategize results, and assisting with product flow and visual merchandising. When not actively assisting guests, you will take initiative to keep the store clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
