About the Role
7-Eleven Sales Associates and cashiers are the backbone of our store operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every customer. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and inviting store environment.
Day in the Life
As a Cashier, you will operate the register, assist customers with their purchases, and provide friendly service. Your day will also involve restocking shelves and coolers, preparing coffee and food items, and cleaning the store and restrooms to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will receive deliveries and help maintain overall store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Overnight employees play a critical role in preparing the store for the morning shift. This often involves handling stocking, cleaning, and store preparation tasks to ensure the location is ready for the next day's customers. This position typically pays $13–$20 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location.
