About the Role
7-Eleven Sales Associates and cashiers are the backbone of our store operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every customer. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, from customer service to store maintenance.
Day in the Life
As a Sales Associate, you will operate the register, assist customers with their purchases, and ensure shelves and coolers are fully stocked. You will also be responsible for preparing coffee and food items, cleaning the store and restrooms, and receiving deliveries. For overnight employees, the focus shifts to stocking, cleaning, and preparing the store for the morning shift, ensuring everything is ready for the next day's operations.
