About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our automotive repair and maintenance services, exemplifying professional integrity and a passion for delivering quality work. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-paced sales environment and possess a deep knowledge of automotive industry practices.

You will play a pivotal role in the customer journey, from the initial consultation to the final follow-up. Your day will involve listening to customer needs, providing knowledgeable advice on repair services, and explaining the benefits of various maintenance options. You will coordinate closely with technicians and management to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate completion of appointments, while also identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through upselling and personalized recommendations.

Beyond customer interactions, you will exercise independent judgment to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations. This includes managing scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization, as well as maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. As a key holder, you will also be responsible for opening and closing procedures, security concerns, and fostering a cohesive team environment.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be legally authorized to work within the United States. The selection process includes a successful completion of a background check and a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check, with the requirement to maintain a clean driving record.
