About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between our customers and our solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with sales teams and internal business units to support both new and existing customers, helping them discover the right products while driving net sales and margin goals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, enjoys consultative conversations, and wants to make a measurable impact on customer success.

Your day will involve managing multiple lead channels, including hunt lines, loaded leads, web leads, and chat. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to secure one-time and recurring projects for high-value accounts. Beyond the numbers, you will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on relevant Quill features and benefits based on their category needs. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
