About the Role
As a Rover pet sitter or dog walker, you provide essential care services to pets in your community. Your role involves a variety of tasks including dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding pets, refilling water, cleaning litter boxes, picking up waste, providing companionship, and offering companionship, and overnight pet sitting when requested.
You communicate directly with pet owners by sending updates and photos, and manage your own schedules and service rates through the Rover platform.
Earnings and Independence
You set your own rates and may earn additional income through tips and holiday bookings. Earnings are typically equivalent to $15–$25+ per hour.
