About the Role

Based at Homewood Suites Arlington, the Room Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that define our brand. This position is responsible for ensuring guestrooms are clean, attractive, and ready for arrival while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

In this role, you will be the face of our housekeeping operations, working diligently to uphold the reputation of Highgate. Your day involves thorough cleaning of guestrooms according to established standards, managing housekeeping carts, and ensuring public areas and hallways remain neat and vacuumed. You will also be the first line of defense for guest safety and comfort, promptly reporting missing items, maintenance repairs, and handling lost and found items according to company protocols.
