About the Role
The Roll-Off Driver is responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of business. In this role, you will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. You will serve as the face of the company, exhibiting a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with customers and the general public on your route.
Working Environment
This position is primarily an outdoor role, working in motor vehicle traffic conditions constantly. You will be exposed to varying weather conditions, including humidity, rain, storms, and extreme heat or cold. The environment is typically loud and may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, toxic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles. Drivers work routes away from the branch location on a continuous basis throughout the day and may occasionally work in high or precarious places.

- check_circleCommunicate vehicle mechanical problems and potential hazards to supervisors immediately
- check_circleMaintain route quality standards and improve routing efficiencies with supervisors
- check_circleReport all accidents or incidents to supervisors immediately
Requirements

- verifiedValid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- verifiedMinimum one year commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate
