About the Opportunity
Solutions by Sanford is seeking an experienced RN Traveler to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In partnership with Medical Solutions, you'll enjoy flexible travel assignments that match your clinical skills and career goals. The Role
As a traveling RN, you will adapt quickly to new units, hospital systems, and workflows, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in every assignment. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and recognizing changes in patient condition. You will administer medications and IV therapies accurately, document interventions in the electronic medical record, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and families on diagnoses and discharge instructions, promote self-care, and maintain strict infection prevention standards. You will also coordinate with recruiters and credentialing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for each travel assignment.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted RN license in state of practice (and/or compact license as applicable)

- verifiedAdditional unit-specific certifications such as PALS, NRP, or TNCC as applicable
- verifiedMinimum recent acute care hospital experience in a relevant specialty
- verifiedImmunizations, TB testing, and other occupational health clearances per facility requirements
- verifiedAbility to meet travel nursing compliance and credentialing standards, including background checks and drug screening
Nice to Have
