Solutions by Sanford, in partnership with Medical Solutions, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a traveling RN, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across diverse acute care environments. This position is designed for professionals who thrive on adventure and flexibility, offering professional growth with each new assignment. You will work within a supportive framework that includes 24/7 recruiter assistance and credentialing support, ensuring a smooth transition into every new facility.
Your journey will involve adapting quickly to new units, hospital systems, and workflows, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in every setting. You will partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. From performing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring vital signs to administering medications and IV therapies, your focus will be on delivering high-quality care that responds to changes in patient conditions.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in patient and family education, promoting understanding and self-care regarding diagnoses and discharge instructions. Maintaining strict infection prevention standards and ensuring clear documentation in the electronic medical record are essential to supporting continuity of care. You will also coordinate with recruiters and credentialing teams to manage onboarding and compliance, allowing you to focus on what you do best: caring for patients.
