Solutions by Sanford, in partnership with Medical Solutions, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team as a Traveler. As a traveling RN, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across diverse acute care environments. This position is designed for professionals who thrive on adventure and flexibility, allowing you to experience new units, hospital systems, and workflows while demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in every assignment.
In this role, you will partner with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and responding promptly to changes in patient conditions. You will administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments accurately, while maintaining strict infection prevention standards and adhering to all facility, state, and federal regulations.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions to promote understanding and self-care.
