As an RN Supervisor, you will serve as a vital bridge between clinical operations and patient care delivery. This role exists to ensure that our nursing teams operate with precision, empathy, and adherence to the latest clinical best practices. You will lead by example in a fast-paced hospital environment, guiding staff through complex patient scenarios while maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios.
In this position, your day-to-day involves coordinating daily workflows, mentoring RNs, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to refine care plans. You will be the on-site leader responsible for resolving escalated concerns, driving quality and safety initiatives, and ensuring our facility remains ready for regulatory audits. Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes and the overall experience of those we serve.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or in progress. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred or required based on unit. Charge nurse or prior lead RN experience strongly preferred.
