About the Role

Our Manchester Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. This role focuses on adult referrals in Nashua, offering a unique opportunity to provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.

Your day will involve traveling to a single client home near you on a schedule you choose. You will execute and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments, monitor clients' conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. The position offers flexible scheduling with no minimums, allowing you to work full-time or part-time across various shifts.
