About the Role

It is an exciting time to be a nurse at HCA Healthcare. As an RN Ortho PRN, you will join a team dedicated to advancing the practice of nursing and improving positive outcomes for patients. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by collaborating with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate support.

In this role, you will embody the organization's vision and values, acting as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. Your day-to-day will involve assessing patient conditions, performing procedures as ordered, administering medications, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and medical conditions. You will ensure an outstanding patient experience by proactively anticipating needs and resolving them with exceptional care.
