About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team in a PRN capacity. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of patient recovery, delivering evidence-based nursing care that addresses the unique needs of adult and geriatric populations. You will work closely with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, therapists, and case managers—to ensure seamless care coordination from admission through discharge.
Your day will be defined by comprehensive patient assessments, the development of individualized care plans, and the administration of safe, accurate treatments. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a vital educator for patients and their families, guiding them through disease processes, medication management, and safety protocols. This position offers a dynamic environment where your clinical judgment and critical thinking are essential for advocating patient needs, managing complex care transitions, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
