About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will serve as the cornerstone of patient care, identifying needs and priorities through comprehensive assessment. You will plan and delegate care strategies tailored to individual patient requirements, execute therapeutic physician orders and nursing interventions, and rigorously evaluate patient responses to ensure progress toward expected outcomes. You will be fully accountable for the quality and safety of patient care delivered during your assigned shift.
