This Registered Nurse position is a vital part of our Neurosurgery team, focused on delivering individualized nursing care through the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will coordinate care, perform patient assessments and education, manage triage, and execute various nursing interventions. A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
We offer a schedule designed for work-life balance with Monday through Friday day shifts. This position does not require weekends or holidays. The role is full-time, consisting of 40 hours per week, with experience credited toward the wage range.
