As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinating patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
This is a full-time role scheduled for Monday through Friday on day shifts. The position offers a predictable schedule with no weekends or holidays, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Experience in the field may be credited toward the wage range.
