This Registered Nurse position is a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic Neurosurgery unit. The role focuses on providing individualized nursing care through the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will coordinate care, conduct patient assessments and education, perform triage, and collaborate closely with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate patient outcomes. The position requires practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to state Nurse Practice Acts, and upholding the American Nurses Association's Scope and Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
We offer a schedule designed for work-life balance with Monday through Friday day shifts. This role includes no weekends or holidays, allowing for a predictable routine. Experience in the field is recognized and credited toward the wage range.
