This position is based at the Bismarck Clinic, where you will join a fast-paced Neurosurgery department. As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, ranging from assessment and triage to patient education and care coordination. You will collaborate closely with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association. You will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying age and population-specific standards while complying with the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state of practice.
This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday on day shifts. The schedule is designed to exclude weekends and holidays, offering a consistent routine within a dynamic clinical setting.
