This position is based at the Bismarck Clinic, where you will join a fast-paced Neurosurgery department. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, ranging from assessment and triage to patient education and care coordination. You will collaborate closely with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role requires practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Rules, and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. The position operates on a Monday through Friday day shift schedule with no weekends or holidays, ensuring a consistent 40-hour work week.
