As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, ranging from assessment and triage to patient education and care coordination. You will collaborate closely with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association. You will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, applying age and population-specific standards to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
This full-time position operates on Monday through Friday day shifts, with no weekends or holidays required. The role is designed to support a healthy work-life balance while engaging with a dynamic clinical team.
