As a Registered Nurse in our Neurosurgery department, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, ranging from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role involves coordinating care, conducting patient assessments and education, managing triage, and performing various nursing interventions. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient outcomes. You will practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association.
This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts only. There are no weekend or holiday requirements, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. The role is full-time, consisting of 40 hours per week.
