As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinating patient assessment, education, triage, and various interventions. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, while functioning within the specific scopes and standards of the Nurse Practice Act for the state of practice.
This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts only. There are no weekends or holidays required. The role is full-time, consisting of 40 hours per week.
