As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, from assessment and diagnosis to implementation and evaluation. Your day will involve coordinating care, conducting patient assessments and education, performing triage, and executing various nursing interventions. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient outcomes. This role requires practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards, and following the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts only, ensuring no weekends or holidays. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week. Experience in the field is recognized and credited toward the wage range.
