This Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to join the fast-paced Neurosurgery department at the Bismarck Clinic. You will be part of a close-knit, energetic team that prioritizes continuous learning and professional growth. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinating patient assessments, education, and triage while collaborating closely with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care delivery.
The position is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic clinical setting. You will function within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the standards of practice and ethics outlined by the American Nurses Association and state regulations. This is a full-time, day-shift role (Monday through Friday) with no weekends or holidays, offering a balanced schedule that supports a healthy home-work life.
