This position is based at the Bismarck Clinic, where you will join a fast-paced Neurosurgery department. The team is known for being close-knit, energetic, and offering significant opportunities for learning and professional growth.
As a Registered Nurse in Neurosurgery, you will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, coordinating patient assessment, education, triage, and various interventions. You will collaborate closely with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your practice will be grounded in the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, adhering to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, while functioning within the specific scopes and standards of the Nurse Practice Act for the state of practice.
This is a full-time role scheduled for Monday through Friday on day shifts, with no weekends or holidays required. The position offers a competitive salary range based on experience credit.
