As a Registered Nurse in our Neurosurgery department, you will serve as a vital member of an inter-professional team, collaborating with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve utilizing the nursing process—from assessment and diagnosis to outcomes planning and evaluation—to ensure high-quality care delivery. You will coordinate care, conduct patient assessments and education, manage triage, and perform various nursing interventions tailored to specific age groups and populations. Your practice will be grounded in the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses as published by the American Nurses Association, adhering to all state nursing practice acts and administrative rules.
This position offers a balanced schedule with Monday through Friday day shifts, ensuring no weekends or holidays. The role is full-time, consisting of 40 hours per week, providing a stable environment within a dynamic clinical setting.
