We are seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to join our team in a cohesive environment where you will work with leading-edge technology intended to protect our warfighter. In this position, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, utilizing various RF diagnostic and testing tools to test and debug failures and defects in RF systems.
You will make an impact by supporting the testing, measuring, and troubleshooting of complex electronic and RF circuit card assemblies, systems, and sub-assemblies. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing signal strength, interference, and other relevant parameters, while also generating and reviewing technical content such as test procedures, engineering specifications, and reports. You will interface with Engineering, Quality, and other supporting functions to drive defect resolution to root cause, and assist in monitoring quality data for trends. Additionally, you will help implement improvements in test design to reduce cost and increase yield, create rework plans for non-conformances, and provide training to manufacturing personnel.

Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years experience using RF measurement and test equipment including power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers; ability to debug to the component level in RF circuit cards; ability to troubleshoot test systems and drive improvements; Lean Manufacturing; experience with Circuit card assemblies including test, design, and troubleshooting; performing preliminary Material Review / Material Review Board (PMR/MRB) for the disposition of discrepant material; Statistical Process Control (SPC); Data Collection and Analysis; Root Cause and Corrective Action methodology; IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001
