You will join a New Hampshire-based team during an exciting period of growth, following recent program awards. In this role, you will work across multiple disciplines, collaborating with Systems, Hardware, Software, and Test Engineers to impact all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle. You will design and develop mission-critical test solutions and write test software that directly supports the Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions.
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will serve as a subject matter expert and technical lead, capable of assuming full or partial leadership roles as circumstances dictate. You will dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment, providing accurate technical status to program management and interfacing with other engineering disciplines as necessary.

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one. Familiarity or experience with NI Test Software Tools, TestStand, LabWindows/CVI Software, Instrument Communication, Network analyzers, Spectrum analyzers, Microwave/RF measurements, VSWR, Gain, Compression, Phase noise, S-Parameters. Experience with the entire product life cycle development (Requirements review, test plan creation, coding, integration of test SW with test stands, and sell-off to customers). Experience with RF test development for production employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, PNA-X etc.). Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies. Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools. Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution. Experience with National Instruments FlexRIO (LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL/Verilog a plus). Experience with JTAG/Boundary project development in an ATE solution. Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence), Git, and Tortoise Git. Strong leadership skills. Experience in leading engineers on multiple projects/tasks. Experience with HW debug & troubleshooting. Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication.
