About the Role
We are seeking a top-notch Service Manager to lead our Lady Lake, FL location. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a team that values homegrown talent and offers significant potential for advancement. In this role, you will drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care for their trucks, cars, SUVs, and farm/industrial equipment.
You will be responsible for developing and directing a skilled team of Mechanics and Service Techs, creating efficient fleet service schedules, and managing all aspects of service calls and walk-in customers. Your day-to-day will involve enforcing company policies, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and equipment efficiency, and ensuring our team holds current A.S.E. certifications. As the leader on the floor, you will handle phone sales, log service calls, and oversee the creation of work orders to ensure seamless operations from the warehouse to the service bay.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of management experience
- verifiedValid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain one
- verifiedPass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- verifiedKnowledge of pneumatic tools and automotive repair methods
- verifiedSkill in repairing brakes, suspensions, CV axles, tire balancing, oil changes, belts, hoses, starters, alternators
- verifiedAbility to detect defects in automotive systems
- verifiedAbility to calculate figures and amounts
- verifiedAbility to work flexible retail schedule including weekends
