About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's needs.
As a team member, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. Your day-to-day responsibilities include accurately processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and ensuring merchandise is prepared for the sales floor according to company procedures. You will also participate in store recovery efforts, maintain safety awareness, and uphold all organizational and cleanliness standards throughout the store.

Location and Compensation
This position is located at the TJ Maxx Store in Columbus, OH. The starting pay range for this role is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
