About the Role
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to play a key role in delivering WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. This role is designed for those passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, offering significant opportunities for career growth.
In this position, you will be the expert advisor on the floor. You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, assist with product selection, and use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions. Your day will involve maintaining a well-stocked, organized store environment while collaborating with managers and teammates to foster a motivated, productive atmosphere. You will drive sales by recommending products and promotions, ensuring a positive shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back.
