About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during your shift, working within company policy. Your role is to ensure the shift contributes to the increased profitability and growth of the store while meeting our customers' needs every step of the way.
We empower our employees to step outside the box to ensure we offer best-in-class service to all of our customers each and every day. You will interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, greeting every visitor with a smile and sincere welcome. Part of your day involves suggesting possible purchases, promoting specials, and assuming full responsibility for the execution of our customer service program at the site level.
You will also play a vital role in maintaining safety and station appearance. This includes minimizing safety risks for employees, customers, and suppliers, enforcing environmental and hazardous material regulations, and managing the maintenance of the customer environment both inside and around the perimeter of the store. You will operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently, document any accidents or incidents, and promptly report workplace injuries or illnesses.
