We are currently looking for motivated, inspiring General Managers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan! As part of one of the largest and fastest-growing Dunkin' franchise groups in the area, TMart owns over seventy Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations with more in development. Our General Managers are the foundation of our winning teams, dedicated to building a culture that fosters a fun and safe environment for both guests and employees.
About the Role
This role is designed for individuals who want to become successful, knowledgeable leaders through our paid, internal training program. The position serves as a partnership in the company's development, offering a clear path to growth within a supportive organization. Certified General Managers are set up for long-term success by first mastering all positions they will oversee. The journey begins as a "Management Trainee," where you will slow-walk through paid training to ensure you are fully knowledgeable of our systems and processes, well-respected by your team, and capable of leading with poise and credibility.
As you advance through the levels of managerial training, you will earn certifications and bonuses, with your timeline varying based on your focus and ability to impact a profitable business. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into Multi-Unit Manager Training, with scholarship opportunities and invitations to corporate meetings and events.
