About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be the foundation of our operations. This role is designed for motivated individuals ready to become successful, knowledgeable leaders through our paid, internal training program. Over the course of eight weeks, you will transition from a Management Trainee to a fully certified General Manager, ensuring you are well-respected by your team and capable of leading with poise and credibility.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction while driving sales and profitability. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and developing team members, coaching staff to meet performance metrics, and executing brand standards, recipes, and systems with consistency. You will also manage financial reporting, inventory, vendor orders, and scheduling to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and safely.
Hiring Process
Our path to certification is designed to ensure long-term success. All managerial hires begin as Management Trainees in a slow-walk, paid training program. As you advance through the levels—Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and finally General Manager—you will earn certification bonuses at each stage. Your timeline for completion will vary based on your focus and proven ability to learn and impact a successful business. Successful candidates will undergo a thorough background check prior to any offer of employment.
