ShiftKey empowers independent respiratory therapists to take control of their careers by building their own schedules. We enable professionals to bid on per diem shifts posted by a vast network of facilities, allowing you to choose the facilities you want, the days you want, and the rate you want.
Our mission is to provide a platform where you can achieve a better work/life balance, whether you need Mondays off, want to avoid nights, or simply wish to work as little or as much as you like. Additionally, ShiftKey partners with Stride Health to offer healthcare professionals access to portable benefits, including affordable health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
Respiratory therapists are essential members of a facility's medical team, dedicated to helping patients treat and manage cardio-pulmonary disease and disorders. As a ShiftKey user, you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of environments while performing critical duties such as conducting pulmonary function tests, assisting physicians in creating treatment plans, administering aerosol medications, and teaching patients how to use equipment independently.
ShiftKey users appreciate the flexibility and control the platform offers:
"By using the ShiftKey App, I choose to work on days that I need to and their customer service was very responsive when I reached out."
"What I appreciate about this App is the flexibility. I love that you pick your own schedule. I'll definitely continue to use it."
"Using the ShiftKey App has helped me juggle work around my hectic grad school and mom life schedule!"
