About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our waste removal service, dedicated to providing prompt, courteous, and complete collection for our customers. This role is vital to maintaining community cleanliness and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of our fleet. You will be responsible for the safe operation of a collection truck along designated routes, adhering strictly to all company, state, and federal regulations.

Your day involves more than just driving; it requires a keen eye for safety and detail. You will perform comprehensive pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure the vehicle is in top condition, from checking tire pressure and fluid levels to verifying safety equipment. Throughout your shift, you will interact professionally with customers, identifying unsatisfactory waste containers and handling any accidental spills with care. The role demands a commitment to pride in work, honesty, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity standards.
