About the Program
McKenzie Ridge is a secure, co-ed, 8-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. McKenzie Ridge is a beautiful newer building located on the grounds of the Junction City Hospital.
Training Program
With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans
- check_circleAdminister prescribed medications and follow physician orders
- check_circleAssist clients with self-administration of medications within policy and procedures
- check_circleTransport clients to and from program for treatment services
- check_circleMaintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation
- check_circleDocument on medical charts and count sheets according to procedures per established protocols
Requirements
- verifiedEligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through MHACBO registration
- verifiedBachelor's in Behavioral Science OR 3 years verifiable behavioral health experience OR equivalent education/experience
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedPass DHS criminal background check
- verifiedComplete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings
- verifiedComplete CPR training
- verified18 or older at time of hire
