This position is part of a program dedicated to engineering modernization and integration practices, specifically focusing on Digital Engineering and Agile at Scale for the National System of Geospatial-intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-intelligence (ASG), and various Federal Agencies.
As a Systems Engineer, you will employ a multi-discipline approach to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT. Your work will involve collaborating closely with engineers and government stakeholders to drive requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, and test and evaluation. You will assist in planning and analyzing user requirements, architectures, and procedures to automate or improve existing systems while reviewing cloud service capabilities and workflow limitations.
In this role, you will help translate mission and customer needs into concrete systems and capability requirements, supporting the allocation of requirements to system architecture components. You will also participate in strategic technical planning, performance engineering, risk management, and interface design, while assisting with Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Actions (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments.
