About the Role

We are seeking remote sales representatives to join our team and run appointments for our diverse range of financial products. This is a 100% commission-based position designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a flexible environment. You will work with warm leads from families who have specifically requested coverage, meeting them virtually to design policies that fit their unique needs.

There is no cold calling, harassment of friends and family, or rigid quotas. Instead, you will receive one-on-one mentorship and access to both virtual and in-person training. The role offers the opportunity to build your own team and, if you choose, obtain contractual ownership of your own agency to create passive income and build a legacy for your family.
