About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work for yourself, not by yourself. We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Underwriters or Agency Builders. In this role, you will reach out to warm leads—individuals who have requested our services via our direct mail program and are expecting your call. There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales; you will connect with people seeking safety, security, and stability.

You will engage potential clients through webinars and telephone conversations to help them secure policies that best suit their situation and budget. Whether you aim to earn a six-figure income as a field agent or develop your own agency where the sky is the limit, we provide the tools, mentorship, and support system to help you achieve your financial success and work-life balance.
