In this fully remote position, you will conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom, guiding them through the enrollment process and explaining available benefit options clearly. The role focuses on building long-term relationships through high-quality client service and maintaining accurate digital documentation. You will participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings, supported by a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
