Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTrain and supervise Student Analysts, BTs, and RBTs using telehealth
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs
- check_circleConduct Functional Behavior Assessments
- check_circleProvide parent training and support
- check_circleHold weekly update meetings with the Program Director
- check_circleEnsure contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with funding sources
- check_circleOversee communication with families and staff to ensure program hours are attained
- check_circleMaintain knowledge of State and Federal specific laws and ensure compliance with regulations
- check_circlePromote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and assist in the pursuit of new business
- check_circleConduct clinic meetings and disseminate information to staff and families
Requirements
- verifiedMaster’s Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field
- verifiedCurrent BCBA Certification from the BACB
- verified3-5 years of remote telehealth experience in ABA
- verifiedNC licensure preferred
- verifiedExperience with Systematic Teaching
- verifiedExperience with Verbal Behavior
- verifiedExperience Naturalistic Environment Teaching
- verifiedExperience with VB-MAPP
- verifiedExperience with ABLLS
- verifiedExperience Vineland standardized assessments
- verifiedExperience with Central Reach EMR Software
- verifiedProficient knowledge Microsoft Outlook/Teams
- verifiedClear criminal record/fingerprint clearance from DOJ/FBI
