Role Details
- Title: Remarketing Support Associate
- Location: Remote (Must be located within the United States)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Reports To: Remarketing Team Lead
- Compensation: $19.11 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses
Department Context
First Help Financial has been voted and certified as a "Great Place to Work" by our employees for five consecutive years. We are expanding our Loss Mitigation department to support our continued growth and are seeking a new team member to join us.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform the following duties:
- Review vehicle reports and photographs to assess damage and overall condition.
- Enter and track sales information using the Leapfrog system.
- Update and maintain auction statuses within AutoIMS.
- Record the receipt of post-sale checks.
- Audit and distribute required documentation for Gap and Warranty cancellations.
- Maintain uploads for post-sale documents.
- Verify insurance coverage on recovered vehicles.
- Assist with title tracking via the Allstate portal and the Remarketing dashboard.
- Provide additional support to the Remarketing team as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must possess the following attributes and experience:
- A demonstrated history of career stability.
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Remarketing or Loss Mitigation.
- Prior experience in one of the following industries is required: automotive, lending, auto insurance, car dealership, mechanical, or auction.
- A strong desire to build a long-term career with FHF, aligning with our growth-oriented team culture.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-player mindset that maintains open lines of communication.
- Ability to multitask and work self-reliantly.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
