About OMS Consulting

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company that provides traveling oral surgery services, performing extractions (typically wisdom teeth) in dental clinics across 13 states. As a growing organization, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced clinical environments. We are currently expanding our team and seeking dedicated professionals to join our mission.

About the Role

We are hiring PRN nurses to provide comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. In this role, you will work in a dynamic setting where proficiency in starting IVs and monitoring patients under moderate sedation is essential. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to pick up shifts in multiple locations as desired.

Location and Training

Nacogdoches is a new location for us, and we require all new hires to travel to one of our established locations for a training day. Training sessions are held in Arlington, TX or West Monroe, LA. Travel costs for this mandatory training will be reimbursed. For nurses working outside of Texas, a multi-state license is required.

Compensation and Employment Details

Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors. The base pay rate is $45/hour, plus applicable travel expenses. During the training period, nurses will be paid a temporary rate of $30/hr. Once signed off from orientation (typically after one full day in one of our clinics—the rate increases to $45/hr. We cover travel expenses for nurses, including travel time. While a minimum commitment of one shift per month is required, you are welcome to work additional shifts if available.
