About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at GSS ND Larimore Center in Larimore, ND. As a Full Time - Overnight RN, you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
In this role, you will collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing appropriate age and population-specific standards designated in the assigned clinical setting. Your responsibilities will include caring for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. You will be responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education, and various other nursing interventions. Additionally, you may serve as the charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring tasks align with job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and competency.
